With most of America unable to perceive our nation’s weirdness, Project Skin Horse finds its mission darn near impossible. Citizen journalists Jonah and Nera set out to unmask the mastermind behind all the trouble, the mysterious Mr. Green, but stumble instead on a sea monster in peril and a shipload of government-sponsored superheroes.
